Prime Property Group, a decade-old real estate agency in Cyprus, sought to create a unique global brand reflecting top international standards and the company's core values, knowledge, and culture.
An international competition led to the appios® team, who, after thorough research on Future Urban Living, created the slogan ‘build better future’ and the new brand name, bbf:. The brand features a minimalistic and elegant logo with a distinctive colon, simple yet dynamic typography.
The core elements—logo, symbol (colon), color palette, and typography—are used consistently yet appropriately adapted to each medium, aiming to enhance brand recognition, build trust and reliability, and establish a strong and cohesive corporate image that can flexibly meet the needs of every communication channel.
The use of two simple circles (dots), symbolizing continuity, reflects a minimalist approach that is modern, elegant, and provides clarity and precision to the brand message without unnecessary information.
