Solarm

Solarm is a company specializing in security systems and photovoltaic protection systems. The appios® team was commissioned to create the brand/corporate identity and come up with a name for the Company. A name that would reflect is philosophy.

After some brainstorming, the name “Solarm” emerged from the Latin word “Sol” (sun) and the English word “Alarm”. The Company’s name was the result of the combination of the two above-mentioned words.

“We then went on with the design of Solarm’s logo -our designers used a distinctive typeface that is capturing the Company’s field of expertise- consisting of the sun’s yellow color and a lock that clearly connotes to security and protection. The logo was applied throughout all communication material/platforms.”
