Gondilakia Estate

Corfu, an island off Greece’s northwest coast in the Ionian Sea, is defined by rugged mountains and winding medieval lanes. Gondilakia Estate approached appios® with an offer to design the packaging of a limited production olive oil produced on the island.

Gondilakia Estate is a high phenolic, organic, extra virgin oil that is cold-pressed and unfiltered. For the creation of the identity, the greek letter “γ” was retained and shaped to form a green-yellow olive, the protagonist of the product.
